Two people enjoy a sunny day at a skate park; one in a wheelchair, another holding a skateboard.

KENNER, LOUISIANA — Something real happened at Wentwood Skatepark.
Unity Jam Fest 2026 wasn’t just an event you showed up to—it was something you felt the second you rolled in.

Hosted by TNT 360 Mobility., this Community Skate Festival brought together adaptive athletes, skaters, families, organizations, and leaders from across Louisiana and beyond. What started as a vision turned into a full day of connection, progression, and raw energy centered around one thing: movement for everyone.

From 10 AM to 3 PM, Wentwood Skatepark stayed active—wheels rolling nonstop, people cheering, new riders stepping into something they never thought possible.

You had first-time athletes learning how to push and balance right alongside experienced WCMX riders throwing down lines. No separation. No barriers. Just progression happening in real time.

Every corner of the park told a story—someone overcoming fear, someone landing something new, someone realizing they belong in this space.

A Day Bigger Than the Sport

Unity Jam Fest went beyond skateboarding. It became a full-spectrum adaptive action sports experience.

  • WCMX and adaptive skate sessions ran throughout the day
  • An adaptive bike clinic, led by Team Pack A Lunch, expanded access even further
  • Families got hands-on exposure to adaptive equipment and programming
  • Community members connected directly with organizations driving change

It wasn’t just about watching—it was about participating, learning, and growing together.

Moments That Meant Everything

It was beyond amazing to have Aaron Fotheringham—“Wheelz”—out there with the community. Watching him ride, connect with athletes, and share his energy in person elevated the entire day. For many, it wasn’t just exciting—it was life-changing.

Having the Box Wheelchairs family present added another layer of meaning. Their support and presence showed athletes that this movement is real, growing, and backed by people who believe in what’s happening on the ground.

These weren’t just appearances—they were moments that stuck with everyone who was there.

Powered by Community and Partnership

This event didn’t happen alone. It was built through collaboration with organizations committed to accessibility, inclusion, and opportunity.

Special thanks to everyone who made this possible:

Each played a role in making sure athletes had access, support, and the space to thrive.

Why Unity Jam Fest Matters

This is bigger than one event.

Unity Jam Fest represents what happens when a community comes together with purpose. It creates space for adaptive athletes to grow, express themselves, and be recognized—not as an afterthought, but as leaders in action sports culture.

For the kids who showed up, it opened doors.
For the athletes, it pushed progression.
For the community, it shifted perspective.

This is how movements are built.

Looking Forward

Unity Jam Fest 2026 proved something simple but powerful:
when you create the space, people will show up—and they’ll bring something special with them.

Unified Motion Inc. is committed to continuing that momentum—building more events, more access points, and more opportunities for athletes of all abilities to experience the freedom of movement.

This wasn’t the finish line.
This was just the start.
